Function

Compute RSAM values for specified SCNL's and periods. In Earthworm 7.7 ew2rsam was optionally outputting SCNL with location code holding the period designator. Note that it also could read in SCNL (tracebuf2's), but the program does not translate. That is, it should be used with all SCN data for input and output, or all SCNL for input and output. See the example .d file below.
